We are looking for a Regional Manager with Customer Responsibility in Gothenburg.

We are currently seeking a new colleague as a Regional Manager for our office in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be the link between our Service Assistants and the area's customers. With responsibility for customer engagement and quality, you play an important role in customer satisfaction and continued trust. You are driven by making business and working customer-oriented. Responsibilities-

• Establish and nurture relationships with customers
• Plan and follow up on quality controls
• Drive and lead an effective staffing planning and schedule optimization, including managing substitutes, in collaboration with colleagues in the office
• Manage and administer customer contracts, changes, and terminations in our business system
• Drive profitability within your area of responsibility
• Actively contribute to the office and business development
• Handle customer support cases
• Create new business through proactive sales to both existing and former customers.
• Participate in upselling, market processing, drive sales activities, and attend events and networking meetings
• Handle other tasks related to customers or the business

We believe that you- Have a strong sense of service and are passionate about quality. You have previous experience in similar work. You enjoy working with people, which is a prerequisite for thriving in the role, and you are comfortable with responsibility. Energy and drive make you work actively and engaged to achieve good results and satisfied customers. Furthermore, you are comfortable managing many different tasks simultaneously and can quickly redirect when the moment requires it — of course, without ever compromising on quality! To succeed in the role, we believe you have-

• Previous experience in sales, customer contact, and administration
• A natural ability to create good relationships, with joy and engagement
• Good computer and system skills, preferably experience from LIME
• Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English in speech and writing
• Good communication skills
• Driving license B

About the position

Primarily, your working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. Travel and overnight stays occur, especially in connection with internal training. The team currently consists of several internal officials, Salespeople, Team Leaders, and Service Assistants. Together, you work hard and willingly – to become Better together.

Home office: Gothenburg

Employment: 100%, 6 months probationary period.
