Who are we?

Tallbackens Preschool is a place where every child's curiosity and imagination can flourish. Our mission is to create a safe and stimulating learning environment where little stars can shine. The preschool is located in Kimstad, close to forests and green areas. We are currently a dedicated team of 13 people supporting and shaping our future world changers.

Your Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher with us, you will lead our little pioneers through the adventures of everyday life and ensure that each day is filled with magic! You will work closely with colleagues, guardians, and most importantly, the children.

We have a project-based working method, where you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and create pedagogical learning and development opportunities. Together with colleagues, you will lead and carry out the work in one of our four preschool groups.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a preschool teacher education and teaching certification. Experience is welcome, but we have a place for all curiosity-driven individuals here.

You enjoy leading educational play and teaching. We value that pedagogical intuition to meet children in preschool age and the ability to create relationships with both young and old.

Your most important tools are your ability to connect, creativity, patience, and curiosity. We welcome your application!
