We are looking for a career and study advisor who wants to help people take the next step towards work or education. As part of the SV Skåneland team in Helsingborg, you will work within a framework where we support individuals through language and labor market promoting activities.
The assignment has a clear focus on the labor market. In your role, you will be an important link in the participants' process of exploring, formulating, and realizing their goals.
Responsibilities
• Conduct individual guidance conversations with participants.
• Contribute to mapping and planning suitable paths towards work or studies.
• Collaborate closely with language coaches, job coaches, and business developers in the team.
• Support participants with application documents, study planning, and contact with educational providers.
• Document efforts according to the guidelines of the client.
We are looking for someone who has:
• A degree in career and study guidance.
• A good ability to meet people in different life situations and build trusting relationships.
• Structure, initiative, and the ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of the education system and the labor market.
