We are now looking for a project manager in power engineering who wants to lead the way in our new initiative.

The Position As a project manager in power engineering, you will play a central role in driving and developing our projects from bidding and planning to execution and delivery. You will be an important part of building our new power engineering business, working closely with the group manager to shape work methods, routines, and structure. In this role, you will lead projects through all phases, from bidding and planning to reporting and delivery. You will coordinate resources and activities, follow up on time and budget, and ensure that projects are executed according to plan and with high quality. The projects mainly involve receiving and transformer stations, and you will collaborate closely with our specialists – a knowledgeable team that together creates innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions. Travel may be required depending on the project.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with experience in project management within power engineering who thrives in a role where you take responsibility, collaborate, and influence. You likely have a background as a power engineer or equivalent experience in the industry. If you do not have a formal engineering education, extensive experience in power engineering is highly valued. You have a good understanding of AB04, ABT06, ESA, EBR, and it is advantageous if you have worked in contracting or had financial responsibility in projects. You have a good understanding of the project's financial frameworks and ensure that time, resources, and quality are balanced in a thoughtful manner. As a person, you are a team player who spreads energy around you. You are solution-oriented, helpful, and have an easy time collaborating. Requirements

• Experience in project management within power engineering, preferably with a focus on receiving and transformer stations
• Knowledge of AB04 and ABT06
• Knowledge of ESA and EBR
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• B driver's license

Meritorious

• Education as a power engineer or equivalent
• Experience in contracting
• Experience in leading projects with responsibility for results and budget
• Familiarity with working with AMA
