Infotiv's vision is to create a world with more innovative people who develop sustainable technology for the future. Therefore, we offer consultants, solutions, and tools that help our clients successfully develop and digitalize their products and product information. Our commitments are characterized by professionalism and simplicity, allowing us to build long-term trust together. We are curious and eager to try new solutions together with our clients.
Infotiv is a technology consulting agency at the forefront of technology in the design and development of advanced testing systems. We enjoy combining our expertise and personal interests with our clients' needs and challenges to create solutions that shorten lead times, ensure quality, and reduce development costs for our clients. Right now, we are looking for you who want to join us on our journey and develop the testing systems of the future together with our clients in the automotive sector.
Who are we?
As an employee at Infotiv, you are part of a community characterized by openness and strong cohesion where we support and help each other. We value our employees and always strive to offer a good and attractive work environment where you, as an employee, thrive and develop alongside your colleagues.
We are affiliated with Almega and offer collective agreements that provide you as an employee with security and safety in your employment. In addition, we offer good benefits such as wellness grants, occupational health care, and pension plans so that you can feel good even in later stages of life. Combined with our large framework agreements and good customer relationships, this allows us to have a long-term strategy, where we together can develop and build your CV through the right project changes and skills development. With us, you can both try new things and develop while feeling secure in your employment.
Our guiding principles, "warm heart and sharp mind," are values that permeate the entire company, our way of working, our leadership, and our work environment. The warm heart stands for empathy, trust, and collaboration, and it is important for us that you, as an employee, feel appreciated, seen, and heard. The sharp mind represents competence and innovation, and we value each individual's abilities and skills by encouraging new thinking, creativity, and initiative. Together, we are Infotiv.
Your future challenge
The demands for complex embedded systems and software products lead to increasingly higher development costs. Introducing testing early in the development phase is key to keeping total costs down. The challenge lies in conducting tests on a component even if the maturity level of the rest of the system is low. At Infotiv, we address this by developing Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) testing systems for or in collaboration with our clients. Now there is an opportunity to join a team of competent and experienced testing system developers who together tailor testing system solutions that enable early and continuous testing, regardless of whether the rest of the system is in place or not.
We are looking for a testing system developer who wants to grow with us, someone who sees the advantages of technology working for us and not the other way around, and who finds creative solutions to realize this. We are looking for you who want to work both practically and theoretically, who want to refine the design, who can assemble electronic hardware, and who can also write some code. We are looking for you who have a broad knowledge of embedded systems and testing system development. You should have knowledge of communication protocols used in the automotive industry, as well as some understanding of modeling and simulation of signals. We prefer that you have experience with test automation and bring programming skills in languages such as Python and C/C++. Having previously worked with CI flows and automation servers is seen as a significant plus. If you have also worked with or are interested in learning more about virtual testing methods, this is a plus as the future testing systems will largely consist of virtual simulation environments. If you see yourself as a person with many strings to your bow, you have found the right place!
Main tasks may include:
- Designing and developing HIL testing systems for our clients in the automotive sector
- Troubleshooting and maintaining existing rigs
- Supporting stakeholders (developers and V&V testers)
