We are looking for 7 nurses with an interest in pulmonary care

As a nurse, you will help start a completely new pulmonary medicine care department and have the opportunity to work with your colleagues to create something that does not exist today. You will work closely with the lung clinic currently located at the hospital and together with them develop seamless care for the patient.

As we face a major transition to good and close care and a more person-centered approach, collaboration with both primary care and municipalities is of utmost importance, and you will have a great opportunity to help shape a care model that does not currently exist, where we can meet patients both in the hospital and at home.

Your responsibilities

As a nurse in our new care department, you will have a central role within the organization. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring care for our patients and collaborating closely with other colleagues.

Responsibilities included in the position are, among other things:

• Providing care to patients with lung diseases and internal medicine conditions
• Administering medications and other treatments.
• Handling medical equipment - pulmonary care is a technically advanced specialty
• Opportunity to help design new working methods
• Opportunity to grow professionally and personally through experience and new challenges

Your skills and competencies

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and want to join our positive organization within internal medicine. Previous experience in pulmonary care is an advantage.

You are a responsible person with good collaboration skills, a flexible working style, and you communicate clearly. You have an interest in medical technology equipment, and we would like you to be someone who takes initiative and works to develop the organization for our patients together with other colleagues.
