Then we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for 19 nursing assistants with an interest in pulmonary care who want to help shape the future of our care department.

Your workplace

As the medical clinic gains access to a newly renovated care department this fall, you have the opportunity to help start a service from the ground up. As a nursing assistant, you will have the chance to develop future care for pulmonary patients. You will play a central role in the operation and help shape a team-based approach where the patient's needs are prioritized. Since the operation is new, it is important that we are flexible, responsive, and willing to try new things.

Your tasks

Your tasks as a nursing assistant will include everything from basic care to advanced care such as sampling, dressings, catheter insertion, and monitoring vital parameters. Pulmonary care is a technically advanced specialty that requires an interest in handling medical technology from a care perspective.

As a nursing assistant, you will meet patients with various care needs, making the job exciting and varied. You will work in a team alongside other nursing assistants and nurses.

Your skills and competencies

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with experience in pulmonary care or other specialized healthcare. You have good knowledge of Swedish and preferably also English. You are a secure and stable person with good judgment, strong collaboration skills, and a respectful and professional demeanor towards both patients and colleagues.
