About the Position:

One of the association's areas of activity is Social Welfare/The Regional Collaboration and Support Structure (RSS) of Social Services. We work for a more knowledge-based, equitable, and gender-equal social service and municipal health and medical care in Jämtland Härjedalen.

The Professional Journey is a national concept for introduction and skills development within social services. The aim is to strengthen competence and professional pride among employees and managers through accessible and pedagogical knowledge. It is a collaboration between SKR, the National Board of Health and Welfare, RSS, and the municipalities. A total of four journeys in as many areas of activity are to be produced by 2028. In Jämtland Härjedalen, work on the Professional Journey for Children and Youth for authorities has been ongoing for some time, while the journeys for Disabilities for service providers and Harmful Use and Dependence for authorities have recently started. The remaining professional journeys are planned to commence in the coming years. You can read more about the Professional Journey on SKR's website: Professional Journey | SKR.

  • To reduce vulnerability within the organization, other administrative tasks may also be included in the position.

Qualifications
