We are now looking for 2 ambitious salespeople with initiative to join our expanding team in a completely commission-based role.

About the role:

You will work in the field in residential areas where our roofing teams are currently on-site and working. Your task is to knock on doors, create valuable contacts, and sell our high-quality roofing solutions to homeowners who can see our work with their own eyes. You will offer them a free quote and help them secure a new, beautiful, and safe roof.

This is a role where you can directly see the results of your work – your effort and sales skills will completely determine your income potential. On top of the commission, you gain a unique advantage by representing a serious company with visible, ongoing work in the area, which creates immediate credibility and interest.

We are looking for someone who:

· Is a self-driven salesperson with a burning desire to succeed.

· Has an outgoing, positive, and communicative personality – you love talking to people!

· Thrives in and is motivated by a 100% commission-based setup – your income is a direct reflection of your drive.

· Sees opportunities everywhere and is not afraid to knock on doors.

· Is ambitious and sees themselves as a future top salesperson.

Requirements:

· Own car and valid B driver's license (this is an absolute requirement to perform the job).
