Landskrona Omsorg AB is a municipal company that offers care and nursing homes, health and medical care, home care, as well as support and services for people with disabilities. The company will run all municipal care operations in Landskrona starting in 2025 and is owned by Landskrona municipality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As the responsible nurse for care at Landskrona Omsorg AB, you are responsible for ensuring patient safety and high quality in care for patients within home healthcare, LSS housing, and care and nursing homes.
Your main job responsibilities include:
- Care responsibility - Assessing, planning, implementing, and following up care interventions for patients with complex needs within municipal primary care.
- Collaboration and communication - Collaborating with internal teams and external actors (inpatient care, primary care, ambulance) to ensure a cohesive care process.
- Support and guidance - Providing guidance and support to care staff, relatives, and other caregivers to promote quality and safety in care.
- Documentation and quality assurance - Ensuring correct documentation and reporting according to laws, guidelines, and patient safety requirements.
- Technology and medical technology - Managing medical technical equipment and using digital systems for care and administration.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and who want to work with people based on an ethical and professional approach.
You have education and/or experience in:
- Care work and medical technology
- Trained nurse (district nurse, specialist nurse with a focus on the elderly or general nurse)
- Documentation and work in digital journal systems
- A B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement for the position
You may have experience in:
- Work within municipal care, palliative care, inpatient care, and/or primary care.
- Collaboration with other caregivers within municipal and regional care
- Meeting different cultures and the cultural differences it entails
We believe that you are a person who:
- Fluently masters the Swedish language, both spoken and written
- Is confident in your professional role and has a good demeanor
- Works in a structured manner and takes responsibility
- Has good collaborative skills and finds it easy to build good relationships
- Is solution-oriented and has technical understanding
- Has a genuine commitment to quality and patient safety
