JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to be part of an engaged team of nursing responsible nurses, where there is always access to support and exchange of experiences? Do you want to play an important role in maintaining patient safety at Landskrona Omsorg AB? Then this could be the role for you!

As a registered nurse for the evening patrol, you will perform traditional nursing tasks within municipal primary care, which includes:

• Assessing, planning, and following up on healthcare interventions
• Supporting and motivating staff, relatives, and other caregivers
• Communicating with colleagues within the organization as well as with other caregivers, inpatient care, primary care, and ambulance services in the region
• Documenting in the journal system and ensuring that all documentation and reporting is done correctly according to laws, guidelines, and patient safety requirements
• Handling medical technology and working with patients who have complex care needs

Within Landskrona Municipality, there is an HSL group with extended delegations. The extended delegations and management of the HSL group's nursing assistants are handled by the nurses in home care. We are all co-located in a building at Kungsgatan 15. When different professions working with our patients meet, it contributes not only to new perspectives and good collaboration but also to increased quality for patients enrolled in home care, ordinary housing, LSS housing, and care and nursing homes.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is:

• A district nurse, specialist nurse with a focus on the elderly, or a general nurse.
• Has a driver's license for manual transmission

We would like you to have experience in:

• Working in municipal care, palliative care, inpatient care, and primary care.
• Documenting in journal systems
• Interacting with different cultures and the cultural differences it entails

As a person, your work is characterized by an ethical approach and is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines. You are responsible, goal-oriented, and have a professional, warm demeanor that creates security for patients, relatives, and colleagues. You work methodically and with a scientific approach, ensuring high quality in care.
