You will work as a consultant, which means you are employed by us at Manpower but work on-site at Swedavia.

  • Assignment Start: January 12, 2026
  • Assignment Duration: 6 months with a chance of extension
  • Location: Arlanda, remote work is possible, but 2-3 office days per week are required

In the role of Resource Coordinator, you assist the organization in allocating resources to operations and projects and have daily contact with our framework agreement suppliers, candidates, customers, and colleagues in Procurement to ensure delivery and compliance with our framework agreements. The Resource Coordinator is the link between the organization and the supplier. You will be part of the Resource Office where you will work in a team of four people who handle the procurement of consultants.

Your main tasks include:

  • reviewing requirement specifications in accordance with the procured framework agreements
  • sending out and managing inquiries to framework agreement suppliers
  • assessing and forwarding incoming responses
  • administering purchase requests in the business system IFS
  • following up on assignments and ensuring compliance with agreements

The client has exciting things in the pipeline and is looking for someone who wants to contribute. Here, teamwork is essential, and everyone helps each other with questions and solves both small and large tasks every day. The most important thing is to deliver fast and good service. Therefore, we are looking for someone with experience in coordination and who is used to having many contacts in their work.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • a university degree, preferably in economics or construction
  • at least 3-5 years of experience in coordinating roles with a focus on delivery to internal or external customers, e.g., project coordinator, project engineer, or procurement coordinator
  • the ability to think critically, understand complex problems, and see the big picture
  • experience from the construction or technical consulting industry
  • worked in business systems, preferably IFS, in areas such as procurement or finance
  • very good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

You are a responsible and service-oriented person who enjoys collaborating and building good relationships. With a sense of structure and detail, you work independently and easily adapt to different needs.
