About the role

As a Sales Manager at SOL Facility Services, you will work to identify, contact, and develop new customers in both the private and public sectors. You will be responsible for the entire sales process - from prospecting and customer meetings to quotes and follow-ups - and collaborate closely with our operations teams to ensure satisfied customers and profitable business.

You will:

• Drive active new customer acquisition and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Work according to the company's business plan and sales strategy, with support from your manager and colleagues.

The role offers great freedom under responsibility and is suitable for you who are motivated by seeing concrete results from your work.

Who we are looking for

To succeed in this role, we believe you have documented experience in B2B sales, preferably from Facility Services or another service industry. You are curious, persistent, and enjoy driving business forward. You have a professional and trustworthy demeanor and know how to build relationships that lead to long-term collaborations.

We would like you to:

• Have experience in new sales within service and B2B.
• Have the ability to build trust and networks, preferably with a relevant contact network already today.
• Be self-driven, structured, and results-oriented.
• Have good IT skills and master the Office suite.
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
• Have a B driver's license.
• Have post-secondary education in economics, sales, or similar (meriting).
• Have experience in selling cleaning services or other FM services (meriting).
