JobYard is now looking for a Danish-speaking customer service representative for one of our clients in the telecommunications industry. You will be employed by us at JobYard and work on-site with the client. As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience by providing quick and professional service.

About the position

In this role, you will work to provide excellent service to our customers. Examples of tasks include:

• Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in Danish.
• Assisting customers with questions regarding subscriptions, invoices, services, and technical issues.
• Guiding customers to find solutions and documenting cases in the system.
• Working proactively to create satisfied and loyal customers.

You will be an important part of a team that values collaboration, accuracy, and service, where everyone strives to find the best solutions for the customer.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in Danish, both spoken and written.
• Has good knowledge of English or Swedish.
• Is computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus but not a requirement.
