Lindgården consists of four departments, each with its own studios, and the outdoor environment offers a wonderful setting that invites many nature experiences and exploration, play, and learning. We are currently looking for a licensed preschool teacher for Lindgården's preschool in Skärblacka.

Your tasks

As a preschool teacher, you work based on current governing documents, where you plan, implement, and develop the preschool's education individually and together in a work team. You will work in a department for children aged 3-5 years alongside another experienced preschool teacher and a caring childcare worker who has worked for several years in the preschool world.

You work to create a safe, fun, exploratory, and challenging teaching environment, and your approach is characterized by a clear respect for the individual and a trusting relationship with children, guardians, and colleagues.

The unit drives a systematic quality work where opportunities for collegial learning are central. All employees meet regularly in a collegial learning and network to ensure participation, engagement, and a visible and practice-oriented view of children and knowledge.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher with experience working as a preschool teacher. You are well-versed in the preschool's governing documents. We also see that you have good knowledge of project-oriented working methods and pedagogical documentation. We also see that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are secure in yourself and your profession and are passionate about the mission. You are self-driven but also attentive and have an easy time creating positive relationships with both children and guardians as well as colleagues.

You have a good pedagogical ability where you adapt your approach according to the individual and the situation. With your creativity and curiosity, you inspire children to explore, discover, and develop their desire to learn. You have a coaching and supportive approach that helps each child grow and believe in themselves.

Since we work with children, there are natural changes in pace during the workday. We therefore see that you have the ability to remain calm and make wise priorities even in moments when the pace is higher.
