JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

As a Fire Protection Advisor at Presto, you will play an important role in developing and nurturing relationships with companies that are already or have previously been customers. You primarily work with warm and semi-warm leads, often customers who are already familiar with Presto and their services, and your focus is to identify needs, present the right solutions, and create added value.

You mainly work via phone and have daily contact with a large number of customers. Maintaining a high pace and making many calls per day is a natural part of the role, where each contact is an opportunity to create business and build relationships.

In this role, you will have close dialogues with both customers and internal teams and work on selling Presto's solutions to customers, largely through campaign sales. You are responsible for managing multiple customer dialogues simultaneously, with the goal of always strengthening the customer's fire protection efforts.

This is a role for you who want to combine advisory sales with relationship building. You thrive in an active and goal-oriented everyday life, are attentive, and have an easy time building trust. At the same time, you are proactive and see business opportunities in every customer meeting.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Have work experience from B2B sales or another advisory role, or equivalent experience
Are driven to find new business and enjoy working towards set goals
Are structured and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Have good computer and system skills
Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

Knowledge of fire protection or safety solutions
