We are looking for

2 nursing assistants 100% - permanent position, placement at Åbacken & Utsikten dementia care facilities.

Your tasks:

You will be an important part of the team at our dementia care facilities, where you work closely with the residents and their relatives. Your tasks may include:

· Providing practical and emotional support to people with dementia

· Contributing to good meal experiences and social community

· Planning and implementing meaningful activities

· Performing delegated health and medical care tasks

Your qualities:

You have a good demeanor and are easy to collaborate with. Clarity in your communication is important. We see a positive forward-thinking attitude and a focus on the elderly's best interests, as well as a solution-oriented approach, as prerequisites for you to thrive with us.

Competence/qualifications - requirements:

Trained nursing assistant.

Other healthcare education is also considered an asset.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Experience in elderly care is an advantage. Since the tasks require documentation, it is beneficial to have computer skills.

Duration/working hours:

Full-time
