Our client, Elektroautomatik, is Sweden's largest automation integrator and a complete partner in advanced and sustainable production. They deliver customized automation solutions, AGVs, high-quality machines, and provide training and service that streamline and ensure the quality of industrial flows. With extensive experience and a broad range of technologies, Elektroautomatik can support the customer from idea to finished production.

They have a strong position in Gothenburg and Skövde and are now establishing their consulting operations in Mälardalen.

About the Position:

As a production engineer at Elektroautomatik, you are the driving force in the development work at our customers' sites. You contribute to improving processes, introducing new technology, and leading projects that make a real difference in production.

The assignments vary – sometimes it involves developing a new layout or driving an investment project, other times it’s about optimizing flows or leading a cross-functional group towards a clear goal.

You will collaborate with technical, maintenance, and production departments across several industries – from automotive and food to pharmaceuticals and manufacturing. We are looking for someone who:
• Has a technical education in production engineering or equivalent
• Has a few years of experience in the manufacturing industry
• Thrives in the role of both technician and leader
• Is solution-oriented, communicative, and enjoys driving projects
• Has a B driver's license

It is advantageous if you have experience in:
• Lean, flow optimization, and continuous improvements
• Investments in production equipment
• Project management and technology implementation
• Layout work and flow simulation
• Automation or digitization of production flows
