About the Position

As a salesperson, you will receive training and coaching to perform at your best in your work. In this role, you will create business by contacting warm customers and offering them the best solutions.

You will reach customers via phone and computer. You will work in a dedicated, close-knit, and engaged team that cares about everyone succeeding with their goals and constantly strives to achieve increased results and good relationships.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle for customers, focusing on B2C sales to private customers using the phone as your primary tool, and with your strong work ethic, drive the team forward in the industry. A major focus in this role will be to create good relationships with everyone you contact.

Your Profile

The most important thing is that you are hungry, fearless, have a strong commitment, are persistent, and give 100% in everything you do. You are used to making new contacts and creating business opportunities. It is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, and other languages are a plus. You have an inner drive to always deliver the best for your customers and achieve good results. Of course, you are positive and cheerful, both towards customers and your colleagues.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales through cold calling
Fluent in Swedish and English, other languages are a plus
Results-oriented and driven
Strong drive to develop new business
Thrives in a fast-growing environment with continuous change
Inspired and enjoys an environment characterized by good relationships

Salary: 20,000 SEK/month + commission
