Pont Packaging NV is looking for a talented Internal Sales Representative for the office in Lund.

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will work closely with both customers and colleagues in sales, purchasing, and logistics. Your daily tasks will be varied – you will manage order flows, follow up on deliveries, and ensure that everything runs smoothly from quote to invoice.

You will provide advice, follow up on customer inquiries, and actively contribute to the sales team's common goals. The role requires you to have a good understanding of the business and a natural sense of structure, service, and relationships.

Examples of tasks include:

• Manage and process customer orders, quotes, and product inquiries
• Provide proactive customer service and follow-up
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain and finance teams to ensure delivery times
• Support the external sales manager and Nordic customers with commercial and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system (Exact Globe)

In addition to the above, we wish for the following experience and skills

• A high school or post-secondary education in e.g. sales, administration, or economics
• Several years of experience in sales or order management within B2B
• Good computer skills and ease in learning new systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid EU passport and B driver's license
• Knowledge of Danish and Norwegian is an advantage

Temporary employment, with the intention of transitioning to a permanent position after 1 year. Immediate start according to agreement.
