Job Description

Are you curious about municipal health and medical care?

We are now looking for a licensed nurse for Boxholm municipality's health and medical care for a 100% temporary position.

About the role

As a licensed nurse, you are responsible for both specific and general care within special accommodations, home care, LSS, and social psychiatry. You will be part of a group with experienced and wonderful colleagues, in a driven and secure team, where we share our knowledge and support each other.

You have a central role where planning, follow-up, guidance of staff, and support and advice to relatives are important tasks. You will collaborate with other professionals such as occupational therapists and physiotherapists. We perform interventions based on individual needs and the best interests of the patient.

Your tasks include performing medical assessments and planning care interventions, administering medication, collaborating with other caregivers and professionals, as well as documenting and reporting in our systems.

The weekly working hours are 37 hours a week in a full-time position.

The position may be extended or lead to a permanent position.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. As a person, you are flexible, positive, and enjoy a role where you can take responsibility and collaborate with others.
