About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. The work consists of helping elderly individuals in their own homes with personal care, service tasks such as shopping and cleaning, and responding to security alarms. The tasks also include performing social documentation and carrying out certain health and medical tasks delegated by a nurse. Thanks to you, our customers can continue to live at home and maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

About Vardaga Kungsholmen

We are a large unit that has just been split into two.

We now have an office in Fridhemsplan and another in Thorildsplan.

Both offices are easily accessible by public transport, both by bus and subway.

With us, we need a team player who enjoys collaborating and is unpretentious. You will join a group that has worked together for a long time but is very warm and inclusive.

• We have a clear organization regarding different roles, routines, and what is expected of our employees in the field.

• We have a unique working hours model where our employees can largely be offered to work full-time, Monday to Friday, which is unusual in care and nursing.

Your experience and knowledge

We believe that you who are applying to us:

We prefer that you are a trained caregiver and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills, experience in documentation, and local knowledge are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
