At LARO Lejon, you will become part of an experienced team working with patients in LARO treatment. Your focus will be on safe medication management, follow-up, and supporting patients in their recovery process. The role involves independent work in close collaboration with colleagues from various professions. 

This position is a full-time project employment lasting until April 30, 2026.

In addition to ongoing reception work, you will also support the operations manager during the closure of the receptions. Your mission is to ensure that this is done in a patient-safe and structured manner.

Employment type: This is a full-time position 

Working hours: Daytime, Monday - Friday

Start date: Immediately or by agreement

Location: Malmö 

Your main responsibilities include:

• Daily medication management and supervised intake according to prescription
• Follow-up of medication treatment
• Physical status, sampling, BP/pulse, documentation in the journal system
• Patient assessments, counseling, and brief supportive conversations
• Participation in team meetings and improvement work
• Collaboration with psychologists, psychiatrists, and external care and authority contacts (SIP)
