We are looking for an experienced Business Transformation Project Manager who can lead extensive change and implementation initiatives focused on introducing new ways of working, more efficient processes, and increased productivity throughout the value chain.

In this role, you will drive multiple complex projects concurrently in an international environment. The work involves leading change across functions, organizations, and processes – often impacting people, tools, and structures. You are responsible for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and effective change management.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support project teams while creating an inclusive and trusting work environment.
• Drive the implementation of new processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and performance.
• Plan, define, and execute projects in line with business goals and governance processes.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, communicate progress, and ensure decisions are made as needed.
• Manage dependencies between supply chain, operations, and business needs.
• Support and drive change management; act as a link between business needs and IT development.
• Develop and present business cases and report progress to the steering group.

Required Competencies

• Solid experience in business transformation and change management
• Preferably experience in implementing new processes and system or industrial integration
• Strong ability in cross-functional leadership and project management

Languages

• Swedish – fluent
• English – fluent

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge of industrial process solutions or production systems
