We are now looking for a new star to our fantastic team at the reception. Your role as a receptionist is extremely important and we would like you to be a dedicated person with a natural talent for service, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

The Sparrow Hotel, Stockholm's colorful and chic boutique hotel with warm, relaxed, and personal service. The hotel consists of 87 rooms and suites, right in the city two minutes from Stureplan, close to everything and everyone. The heart of the hotel is our French wine bar and bistro created by Mathias Dahlgren. The Sparrow Hotel is operated by Grand Group, which also includes Grand Hotel Stockholm and Lydmar Hotel.

Who are we looking for?

• Your role as a receptionist is based at The Sparrow Hotel, but as a receptionist, you will also handle communication and bookings with guests via various channels.

• You should have service in your fingertips and experience in guest relations, preferably in a hotel environment.

• You have a positive attitude, see opportunities in most things, are engaged, and want to be part of our effort to become a little better every day and create memorable moments for our guests.

• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Additional languages are a strong merit.

• You are flexible and see no obstacles to working day/evening during weekdays and weekends.

• You should be comfortable working independently at times and at other times in full pace with other colleagues.

What do we offer?

A responsible position as a Receptionist at one of Stockholm's most personal and inviting boutique hotels.

We wish that you have:

• Experience with Opera Cloud.

• Experience from the hotel industry.

• Familiarity and experience from reception work.

The position is a permanent employment of 100%. Working hours are according to a rolling schedule/shift and we apply a 6-month probationary period.

Start date as soon as possible and salary according to agreement, we apply collective agreements.
