Health Center Sälen conducts an exciting seasonally varied operation within healthcare, focusing on both planned and acute care. The resident population is about 3,600 people, but during peak season, over 120,000 visitors come to Sälenfjällen. The area has a distinct rural character with long distances and 100 kilometers to the nearest hospital.

We have a stable staffing of all personnel categories and maintain good cooperation among ourselves. We continuously work on employee satisfaction and workplace environment issues through, for example, SAMS. The workforce doubles during the winter season, with a particular increase in hiring nurses, doctors, and medical secretaries. In short, this is a stimulating workplace year-round and especially eventful during the winter season - and there are great opportunities for an active leisure time for those who enjoy forests and mountains.

Conversation Therapist/Psychologist for Health Center Sälen

As a conversation therapist/psychologist with us, you will work with scheduled visits for both children aged 6-18 and adults. We primarily use CBT in therapeutic conversations and place great importance on science and proven experience. We mainly conduct physical visits, but digital visits may also occur. Continuous supervision is offered.

We are looking for someone who

• is a conversation therapist or psychologist with at least CBT level 1
• has good digital skills and is accustomed to working in various systems
• has documented experience in clinical individual therapy

You find it very easy to collaborate with colleagues and are prepared to work with both adults and children. You are willing to work 80-100%. Experience from similar work is an advantage. We place great importance on personal suitability.
