The assignment involves location-based adult education.

As a teacher, you provide participants with individually tailored support during their education. This may include assistance with vocational language, practical tasks, support in their study techniques, and follow-up on the participants' APL.

You will work in a team with several colleagues, primarily vocational teachers.

Teaching takes place on-site in Värnamo

Your qualifications and background

• You must have at least 60 university credits in pedagogy.
• You must have at least one (1) year of full-time professional experience working with educational activities for adults, aged 16 and above, within the last 6 years. Certification is required.

We would be pleased if you also have any of the following competencies:

• professional experience in healthcare and social services
• good language skills in another language, e.g., Arabic or Tigrinya

Documentation

The position also involves some documentation towards clients, students, and the principal. Additionally, collaboration with regulatory authorities and industry organizations.

Good digital competence is required, as we use several digital tools.
