As a production engineer at AQ Engineering, you will have a varied and developing everyday life with great freedom and responsibility for your products. You will play an important role in driving and ensuring efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing process. With us, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our customers and projects in industries such as defense, aerospace, and automotive. You will also become part of many exciting development projects that take place in collaboration with several of our other companies within the group. In your immediate team, you will work alongside engaged and knowledgeable colleagues with a broad and deep technical competence.

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the production and quality of your products

• Planning, monitoring, and controlling the production of your products

• Engage in dialogue with all stakeholders for the product and act as a technical expert

We are looking for someone with a relevant education in industrial economics, mechanical engineering, or a similar field, or you have extensive experience in production engineering. Experience from the manufacturing industry or working in a similar role is an advantage. We also expect you to have a good technical understanding and to be proficient in English, both spoken and written.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a curious, creative, and solution-oriented person who enjoys thinking outside the box. You are responsible and act proactively when it comes to identifying and addressing any deviations. We place great importance on your personal qualities and your willingness to develop in the role.
