About the role As a Customer Success Manager with us, you will be a key person in building strong customer relationships and ensuring that our customers get the maximum benefit from our platform. You will work closely with our Customer Success team and gain practical experience in helping our customers succeed. What you will do:

• Proactively work to understand customer needs and help them maximize the value of our platform
• Manage onboarding of new customers and ensure a smooth start
• Provide support and training to customers through calls, emails, and digital meetings
• Work with customer feedback and be a bridge between customers and our product development
• Help develop and improve our Customer Success processes

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a student in business development, marketing, economics, or technology and is looking for an internship
• Has a strong interest in tech and digital solutions
• Is service-oriented and passionate about helping customers succeed
• Has strong communication skills and enjoys building relationships
