Do you want to help build the future of electricity networks?
Ensto develops sustainable solutions for electricity distribution and electrification – and we are now looking for an engaged Sales Manager to join our Swedish team. Here, you will play a central role in further developing our customer relationships and driving sales towards electricity network and contracting companies in Sweden.
About the role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting and customer visits to quotes, negotiations, and closing deals. You will work closely with both existing customers and new business opportunities, becoming an important link between customer, technology, and business.
You will be part of an experienced team with strong drive and will report to the CEO.
Examples of tasks:
- Develop and nurture existing customer relationships within the electricity network and contracting sector.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities.
- Proactively work to increase understanding of the industry's customer needs and market trends.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through close collaboration with the technology and support team.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with business drive. You have documented experience in sales within the electricity network industry (0.4–52 kV) and are familiar with the players in the industry. You are self-driven, structured, and thrive in a role with significant responsibility.
We also see that you have:
- Experience in sales to electricity network companies, contractors, or installers.
- Good understanding of electricity network products and solutions.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and create business value.
- A genuine interest in sustainable and technical solutions.
