Saps is growing – and we are now looking for several customer coordinators for our headquarters on Avenyn in Gothenburg. This is a role for you who enjoys structure, pace, and responsibility – but also for you who want to influence results through clearly defined goals and daily follow-up.
You will play an important role in the flow of our assignments, where effective planning, accurate case management, and allocation of vehicles and technicians are crucial for our success – both operationally and financially.
You will work independently with your tasks, but be part of a strong and helpful team where we share information, support each other, and work towards common goals.
About the role
As a customer coordinator, you will handle recurring and clearly defined tasks. You will be responsible for receiving customer cases, booking appointments, planning routes, and ensuring that our technicians and vehicles have assignments as planned. You will work in our case management system and follow up on our performance – among other things through our KPIs for utilization and revenue per vehicle.

Your tasks
- Receive cases via email or phone
- Confirm receipt to the customer via system or email
- Enter the case correctly and completely in our case management system
- Contact the customer/end-user to book an appointment
- Book technicians and vehicles based on area and availability
- Create schedules and routes in the system
- Ensure that cases are handled within SLA
- Follow up on billing rates and resource utilization
- Report back to the customer in their portal
- Reschedule in case of missed appointments or changed conditions
- Communicate with side and subcontractors
- Follow up on complaints according to established routines
- Actively work to achieve set KPIs
- Participate in team meetings and weekly reviews regarding agreements
We are looking for you who
- Have previous experience in customer service, order reception, or service administration
- Are familiar with digital systems and process-oriented work
- Have a good ability to handle a high pace and many cases simultaneously
- Communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally
- Enjoy working independently – but also collaborating when needed
- Have a clear results focus and enjoy following up on goals
Meritorious: Experience in route planning, complaint handling, SLA follow-up, or utilization optimization.

About the position
- Location: Saps headquarters, Storgatan 53, Gothenburg
- Scope: Full-time, with varying working hours between 07-17
- Start: According to agreement
