Do you want to be part of and work in one of Sweden's first independent chains of snus shops? We are now looking for driven and engaged store employees for Snushus in Halmstad.

About Snushus

Snushus is a Swiss snus retailer that combines a wide range with its own premium products.

They offer a rich selection of snus and nicotine pouches, both in e-commerce and physical stores in Switzerland, prioritizing product quality, service, and customer experience.

Now Snushus is taking the next step - starting at the end of 2025, they will establish themselves in Sweden, and we are looking for driven individuals who want to be part of this journey.

What does the role entail?

As a store employee, your primary task is to create a first-class customer experience. You help the customer find the right product by:

Listening to needs and guiding to the right solution
Presenting Snushus products with energy and knowledge
Ensuring that the store is neat, well-stocked, and inspiring
Participating in product training and keeping yourself updated on the assortment
Ensuring that the store follows responsible sales regarding tobacco products.

You have a natural sense of service and enjoy meeting new people. You are motivated by taking responsibility and going the extra mile for each customer.

Has an interest in service
Enjoys working in a store and meeting customers every day
Is social, attentive, and self-driven
Has previous experience working in a store

In this position, you will be employed as a consultant through Sparx Branding AB but will perform the job for Snushus.

The employment is planned to start in December 2025.
