The assignment is full-time for 12 months, starting as soon as possible.

About the role 

As an order and finance administrator, you will work with various tasks within finance, administration, and order management. 

• Receive, register, and follow up customer orders in the business system
• Invoice customers and manage accounts receivable and payable
• Ongoing bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and payment handling
• Administer supplier invoices and purchase orders

Qualifications 

• Experience in similar tasks within order management and finance administration
• Good computer skills and experience with business/finance systems 
• Strong sense of structure, accuracy, and quality

Personal qualities 

• You are driven, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Unpretentious and a good team player 
• Flexible, energetic, and accustomed to handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Communicative and service-oriented

More about the role

• Start: Immediately
• Scope: Full-time
• Location: Nykvarn (the work is full-time on-site)
• Assignment: Consultant assignment for 12 months with the possibility of extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at Andara Group during the assignment.
