At ic.energy, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for complex and exciting assignments within electrical power – together with dedicated colleagues in a culture where collaboration and community are in focus. We are now looking for a senior project manager who wants to contribute with their experience while growing in an environment where we are building something great, both for our customers and for the future. What you will do You will work according to established models (e.g. PPS) and drive projects from project planning to evaluation. You will be responsible for the overall project – budget, time, technology, and safety – and lead a team with both internal resources and consultants. The assignment also includes occupational safety responsibility (BAS-P) and close dialogue with the technology and procurement organization. Examples of tasks

• Establish project plans and drive towards project goals according to time, cost, and quality

• Lead the work of preparing tender documents and procuring contractors

• Manage resources from technology and support at the customer site

• Have occupational safety responsibility (including BAS-P) and receive delegation in occupational safety and electrical safety

• Manage risks, prepare decision-making documents, and ensure quality review

• Report project status, follow-up, and progress in line with requirements

• Participate in business development and mentor junior project managers as needed

We are looking for someone who has

• Relevant engineering education or equivalent documented experience

• At least 10 years of experience as a project manager in substation/station projects (at least 130 kV)

• Experience leading projects according to AB 04/ABT 06/AMA and experience with contractor procurements

• Good experience in managing occupational safety, environmental, security, and quality issues

• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
