Do you have experience in administration and want to contribute your skills at a leading business law firm? Do you thrive in an environment with engaged colleagues where you, together with the firm's other assistants, provide high-level support? In the role of assistant, you will support, manage, and develop the firm's administrative function together with other assistants.

Your responsibilities

• Assist and relieve the firm's lawyers with various administrative support
• Administration regarding clients and cases (conflict checks, setup, closure, archiving)
• Preparation for negotiations
• Create and format presentations in PPT
• Research work and compilations
• Proofreading and handling of legal documents
• Contact with courts and other authorities
• Act as a system support
• Other administrative tasks

About you

We are looking for someone who is confident in the role of assistant and wants to continue developing in this position. It is essential for you to deliver results with high quality and accuracy. You possess a high level of service and have an unpretentious attitude towards your surroundings.

To be successful in the role of assistant, you need to be solution-oriented, organized, and have an eye for detail. Furthermore, you have the ability to plan and organize your work efficiently. You are also a skilled communicator.

You will work closely with other assistants and lawyers at the firm. Therefore, it is crucial that you can easily build and maintain relationships and are a pronounced team player. Additionally, you take responsibility for your work and are driven to develop both yourself and your environment.

• At least 3 years of broad experience in administration
• Very good system and document skills
• You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

It is an advantage if you have previous experience from a law firm, similar consulting business, or court. Ideally, you have worked or are working as a paralegal.
