Your Role

We are now looking for miners for the mine in Malmberget. In this role, the main tasks will be to reinforce the rock using rock bolting and netting. Daily supervision of production machines is also included in the tasks. You will become part of our whole and contribute to the smooth operation of our high-tech mining and minerals group. To fit in the role, you need to be structured, understand the importance of your work, and have a strong safety mindset. You are used to working independently and goal-oriented under a delegating leadership style where you have significant personal responsibility. It is especially important that you are service-oriented and cooperative as we meet other professional groups both internally and externally in our work on a daily basis. We believe in you and your capacity and give you both trust and freedom to develop and evolve. In addition to becoming part of our broad operations with much learning in everyday life and many development opportunities, we offer all employees the necessary training.

Your Daily Life as a Miner: 

• At the beginning of your time at the workplace, you will be trained in our machines with guidance.

• Rock reinforcement with rock bolting and netting.

• Simple repairs and troubleshooting of machines.

• Consists largely of solitary work.

• Physical work tasks may occur.

You Bring With You

• Approved high school grades

• Driver's license B with manual transmission is a requirement

• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement

• Experience in rock work, machine operation, or mining is an advantage
