AB Jokkmokkshus is a municipal property company consisting of 566 apartments and approximately 7,900 m2 of commercial space. The properties are located in Jokkmokk, Vuollerim, and Porjus.

AB Jokkmokkshus has 11 employees, including 4 property caretakers and 3 carpenters/property caretakers.

We are looking for

A carpenter who has good initiative, is a good problem solver, and can work independently as well as in a team.

A valid driver's license (B) and fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required. Carpentry/construction education or at least 4 years of documented experience in construction/carpentry work is necessary. A professional certificate is an advantage.

Your responsibilities

Include both interior and exterior property maintenance. During winter, these jobs are performed indoors and mainly consist of apartment renovations, but other minor maintenance tasks may also occur.

In spring, summer, and autumn, property maintenance is partially carried out outdoors, e.g., deck replacements and minor new constructions.

The position mainly involves carpentry work, but a small part of property maintenance may also be included.

Employment details
