About the role As a Sales Engineer at Ruukki, you will be part of our initiative in Northern Norrland, selling roof and facade products to Ruukki's customers in the construction and sheet metal industry. Your main task is to build and develop customer relationships, respond to and follow up on tender requests, and represent Ruukki through positive sales efforts. You will assist customers in designing technical solutions with the support of Ruukki's products.

Your profile We are looking for someone with a background in construction or technical sales with a few years of practical experience, for example from a similar role as Sales Engineer/Project Seller. You enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously, find it easy to engage in technical discussions, and are motivated by finding solutions that benefit both parties. A strong interest in construction and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are important for the role.

As a person, you are positive, driven, helpful, and business-minded, thriving in a role that involves significant personal responsibility. You build long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally, which requires you to be outgoing and easy to collaborate with. You enjoy contact and meetings with people and like to manage and plan your days independently.

Workplace Office in Luleå together with our sister company Plannja, with the possibility of hybrid work.
