We are now looking for colleagues to our family-oriented team at Norra Skaraborg Veterinary Station. We are a cheerful group of five veterinarians, one DSS, and several skilled animal caretakers. We work with both small and large animals. The station is equipped with ultrasound, mobile X-ray, lab, and gas anesthesia for surgeries and dental procedures.

Here, you will work in a close-knit team where we all help each other and value competence and balance in work and private life. We try to solve the puzzle of life!

Norra Skaraborg Veterinary Station was established in 2012 and has since expanded in strength, customer flow, and good reputation. We are now facing an exciting development with new construction and need to grow on this journey.

About the job

We are looking for one (or more!) licensed veterinarian(s) for Norra Skaraborg Veterinary Station outside Mariestad. All veterinarians work with all species of animals – if you wish to work with small animals, it is highly meritorious. The distribution of species is approximately equal between small animals, cattle, and horses. If you want a position focusing solely on small animals, that is absolutely an option.

The position includes on-call duty with favorable time off before and after, or as desired. We collaborate with two other private veterinarians, which allows for fewer days and weekends on call.

We expect you to have a veterinary license, preferably with previous experience in the field. An interest in small animals, surgery, and a desire to develop and share knowledge is a big plus!

A B driver's license is required as we have an ambulatory practice.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English in writing and speaking is a fundamental requirement.
