We are now looking for a network technician for a leading player with a focus on cybersecurity for the team in Västerås. Here you will have the chance to work with advanced network solutions, international projects, and security standards in an innovative and engineering-driven environment.

About the role

As a consultant, you will work on delivery projects where you configure networks and switches, as well as work with IP plans and communication schemes. You will support the development teams by integrating robust security measures into the products and ensuring that they meet the highest cybersecurity standards.

The role is suitable for you who want to grow in your technical competence while contributing to the secure communication systems of the future. You will have the opportunity to work closely with both development teams and global cybersecurity networks, with plenty of room to influence solutions and working methods. Requirements

• Post-secondary education in network/data technology (YH or university)
• Good knowledge of network technology (VLAN, switches, IP plans)
• Swedish and English in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience from network production or similar project environments
• Experience working in global project environments
• Experience in IT security, firewalls, and network protocols
