Job Description

Your tasks as a diabetes nurse will be varied and will include telephone counseling, chat, clinic work, and health checks. You will run your own diabetes clinic where you provide individually tailored advice, education, and support. You will independently be responsible for scheduling, invitations, follow-ups, and assessment of treatment as well as ordering diabetes aids. Patient documentation is done in our healthcare administrative system PMO.

Who are you?

We are looking for a licensed nurse with further education in diabetes care. If you have previous experience in primary care, this is an advantage. You are responsible and have a good ability to collaborate as well as make independent decisions. We value that you bring new ideas and engage in the development of the organization.
