We have a position for you as a specialist physician in general medicine

At Capio Healthcare Center Johannelund in Linköping, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible specialist in general medicine with a strong interest in developing primary care together with us, both in daily workflows and in our work with modern methods. We are working towards the goal of having one doctor per 1100 registered patients, fully in line with the recommendations of the National Board of Health and Welfare. We operate on behalf of the Östergötland region and have the same responsibilities as the region's healthcare centers, but we have greater opportunities to influence our methods and how we want to provide care.

About us:

We are a centrally located healthcare center in Linköping with about 30 employees and 8300 registered patients. We have completely renovated premises that we moved back to in the spring of 2025. The facilities are modern, bright, and designed for a pleasant and efficient working environment. In connection with the renovation, we have invested in new technology and improved our workflows. We are a well-staffed healthcare center with good finances, which gives us the opportunity to grow and work sustainably with patient quality and accessibility. We work in teams with high trust and short decision-making paths, which is evident in both daily work and management. We believe in the physician's professional medical assessment and work to ensure that you as a physician have control over your schedule, patient meetings, and priorities. You will have great freedom and responsibility with us.

Our working method:

We work with PAL-directed date listing to create balance in care load. You have the freedom to book your patients and choose the mode of contact. We work proactively with the help of digital tools and follow the principles of SFAM for Wise Clinical Choices. This fall, we will introduce AI support for documentation. We are looking forward to this as it will be a significant improvement in both the working environment and quality.
