Junior Project Control Associate for an international industrial company in Boden

Do you want to kickstart your career in project control and data analysis? We are currently looking for a Junior Project Control Associate for our client in Boden – an exciting role for those who want to work with analysis, reporting, and follow-up in large technical projects.

About the role

As a Project Controls Associate, you will be an important part of the project control team. You will work on collecting, structuring, and visualizing project data related to cost, schedule, and performance. The role is suitable for you who have an analytical mindset, enjoy working with data, and want to contribute to creating transparency and decision support in project operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Collecting, validating, and analyzing project data

Creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports in PowerPoint

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for project progress and productivity

Identifying trends, deviations, and areas for improvement through data-driven analysis

Contributing to the development of standardized reporting templates and processes for project control

Working closely with project managers and the controller team to ensure quality and traceability in all reporting

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

A degree in engineering, economics, data analysis, finance, or a similar field, or relevant work experience

Good knowledge of Power BI and PowerPoint – advanced Excel skills are a plus

A basic understanding of project control and follow-up (cost, schedule, performance)

An analytical approach, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in data and visualization

Good communication skills and the ability to turn numbers into clear and actionable insights
