What does the position entail?

We are currently seeking personal assistants for a man living in Munka-Ljungby. He is wheelchair-bound and needs support with many aspects of his daily life. He communicates and explains to you what he needs help with. The tasks include daily routines, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing. A ceiling lift is available on site. An interest in going on activities, walking outside, or being in the garden is appreciated. If you also enjoy walking and have an interest in gardening, that is a big plus!

We are looking for someone who wants to work approximately 60-80% and also someone who is available for extra shifts as needed. The working hours are distributed across daytime, evenings, nights, and weekends. Therefore, you should be open to working at all times of the day. The working hours are as follows: 07:00 - 17:00, 16:00 - 07:00 (sleeping & awake duty).

As a person, you are resilient, calm, and secure in yourself, and as a personal assistant, we would like you to be cooperative, attentive, responsible, flexible, and a good team player. The most important thing is that there is a good personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the client, which can be decisive in the final selection.

Requirements:

• Must be smoke-free,

• Must have a manual driver's license and access to a car to get to the workplace.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working as a personal assistant or in healthcare and social care.

Scope: Part-time 60-80% and extra as needed Number of positions: 2. Start date: Immediately. Selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible.  Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.
