As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will work variably with counseling and sales within prescriptions and self-care. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and the success of the pharmacy.

Why you should work with us - pharmacy manager Annika tells

Welcome to our lovely pharmacy in the heart of Svedala! We are located in a well-visited ICA Kvantum store, just a stone's throw from Svedala station. You can easily get here by car, train, or bus, and if you drive, you can park for free in Kvantum's parking lot.

We are a wonderful team consisting of four pharmacists and two pharmacy technicians who work together to achieve our goals – while having fun at work.

For me as a pharmacy manager, it is important that you are customer-focused and always strive to exceed our customers' expectations. I appreciate that you are positive, engaged, flexible, and cooperative. You should have a strong sense of service and a genuine interest in helping customers in the best way possible, while also working with your team to achieve the pharmacy's results and goals. You should be able to work both independently and as part of our close-knit team. Our goal is to be the customer's obvious choice of pharmacy by providing personal service and always giving that little extra. We have many loyal regular customers who appreciate the high level of service we offer.

We also have a good collaboration in the region, and sometimes the role includes being loaned out to help at our other pharmacies in the area. If you are particularly passionate about products, there is an opportunity to take on the role of product manager.

We are open 8-20 on weekdays and 9-18 on Saturdays and Sundays.

The position is a permanent employment as a pharmacist. The position is full-time or part-time, as agreed. A probationary period may apply.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/ all of Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for managing the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute with a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
