About the Role
We are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented On-Site IT Support Specialist for our Nordic team – based in Stockholm (Solna).
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT support and ensure that our employees always have a safe, secure, and functional IT environment. You will work hands-on with both hardware, software, and infrastructure – from daily troubleshooting to technical development projects – in close collaboration with our central IT teams in the Nordics. Your Responsibilities
- Provide practical IT support: Be the first contact for IT incidents and service requests, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Maintain and develop systems: Install, configure, and administer workstations, servers, and devices – focusing on reliability and compliance.
- Collaborate and improve: Work closely with central IT teams on infrastructure, automation, and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance: Support GDPR and IT security policies, and keep documentation and inventories updated.
- Contribute to reliability: Proactively monitor systems, manage Linux and virtual environments, and support regional offices as needed.
Your Profile
- Experience in IT support, service desk, or system administration
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
- Understanding of networking and IT security principles
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Structured, service-oriented, and self-driven
- You need to have at least a B driver's license as we sometimes need to assist at our other Nordic offices and may need to drive, even though we mostly travel by train.
