Capio Vårdcentral Selma, a healthcare center and BVC, is part of Capio Närsjukvård.

At Capio Vårdcentral Selma, we have most things under one roof: diabetes clinic, district nurse clinic, asthma/COPD clinic, psychologist, and child health care center, as well as a rehabilitation clinic with physiotherapists and occupational therapists. What characterizes our operation is a staff group that is both experienced, committed, innovative, and enjoys working together.

Your role

Working as a specialist in general medicine with us suits you if you see yourself as a team player. As a general practitioner with us, you are part of our team where you participate in our daily rounds with nurses, rehabilitation staff, psychologists, and doctors, and get to meet and take care of our patients.

Our working method is well established, and the collaboration between professional groups works smoothly and respectfully. With us, you will encounter a varied everyday life with both planned and acute visits, where our nurses triage patients via phone or chat to create a safe and efficient flow.

About you

We are looking for you who are a Specialist in General Medicine and see yourself as a team player. We prefer that you have previous experience in primary care.

You are confident in your professional role and enjoy taking responsibility in everyday work. Engagement and development come naturally to you, and you are happy to contribute ideas that make the work even better. You are flexible, see opportunities rather than obstacles, and find solutions when challenges arise. You use digital tools with ease, and you express yourself fluently in Swedish – both in speech and writing.

The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period.
