As a licensed professional, you play a crucial role in the transition to good and close care.

As a nurse in home healthcare, you meet people who need your help. You work independently with assessments and plan, organize, and perform medical treatment and nursing interventions. You collaborate in teams both internally and externally to meet patients' nursing needs. The work also involves being responsible for mentoring, delegating, and being a supportive function for other professionals in the team around the patient. We work with a BAS schedule, and currently, we have 6 evenings over eight weeks, four of which are weekday evenings and two are weekend evenings.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you have experience working as a nurse, we view that positively. A B driver's license is a requirement as we drive to our patients.

You are both communicative and clear, and you easily listen and adapt your way of communicating while ensuring that your messages reach the right audience. You have an open and positive attitude, show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role, and have the patient's needs as the starting point for your actions. You are good at structuring, planning, and prioritizing your work and seeing issues from a broader perspective. You take initiative and start activities to achieve results while having good collaboration skills and relating to others in a responsive and smooth manner.
