Your Role

Our goal at Designtorget is to be a destination for those who want to discover design and designers. Designtorget is currently in a dynamic phase with a strong focus on profitability! We are looking for a sales-oriented CRM Specialist/Marketing Manager for Designtorget's headquarters. In this role, you will have the ultimate responsibility for marketing, customer club, digital communication to our customers, as well as planning and executing brand-building activities both online and in our physical stores.

Examples of tasks:

  • Plan, organize, and create Designtorget's overall marketing strategy
  • Design and package campaigns to maximize sales
  • Production of image and text material (brand-building and sales-driving) for email and print advertising
  • Be responsible for building CRM tools and maximizing sales and loyalty
  • Work with parts of Designtorget's social media such as creating ads, segmenting target groups, and optimizing ads based on set budget and goals
  • Be responsible for customer events and ensure visibility in our stores and shopping centers to create loyalty in our stores
  • Maintain close dialogue with our PR agency regarding events, collaborations, influencer partnerships, etc.
  • Respond to press inquiries from journalists
  • Project management of external collaborations
  • Plan and conduct photo shoots together with other colleagues
  • Monitor sales related to marketing activities in both stores and online, and analyze and draw valuable insights from these.

You Bring with You:

  • Experience in digital communication and marketing.
  • Previous experience in building and analyzing data from CRM tools to maximize sales and loyalty.
  • Experience in creating engaging copy/text for social media, emails, and ads
  • Experience in producing visual material in the form of image editing and moving material such as gifs.

About the Recruitment

The position is a full-time temporary position for 1 year. We would like you to start no later than the end of January 2026. You will be part of a passionate team and will be based at our headquarters at Dalagatan 100 in Stockholm.
