We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented Website Content Editor for a consulting assignment with a global technology and packaging company based in Lund. The assignment runs from November 24, 2025, to November 27, 2026, full-time (40 hours/week), and can be done entirely remotely.

About the role:

As a Website Content Editor, you will be a key person in the team for external digital channels and responsible for driving and maintaining the company's global websites. You will be part of an international Website & Analytics team focused on delivering top-notch web experiences that strengthen the brand and generate leads across multiple markets and languages. The role reports to the team lead for Brand and External Digital Channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize web pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Use templates and components to build responsive, optimized, and accessible pages (no content creation or copywriting)
  • Be responsible for publishing and approval processes including internal reviews, stakeholder feedback, and final approval
  • Collaborate with IT to prioritize issues, resolve incidents, and improve system functionality
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in UX, design, and accessibility
  • Manage translation flows and coordinate deliveries of translated content
  • Support and guide stakeholders within the organization in using CMS and content structure
  • Train other AEM users and maintain training materials
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery in collaboration with creative teams
  • Participate in A/B testing to optimize web page performance
  • Analyze data from Adobe Analytics and translate insights into improvements
About you:

To succeed in this role, you are technically savvy, self-driven, and structured with an eye for detail and quality. You thrive in collaboration with both creative and technical teams and have a solution-oriented mindset. 

Experience and skills:
  • 3–5 years of experience in web management in advanced CMS systems
  • Practical experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Experienced in collaborating with IT departments for troubleshooting and technical improvements
  • Understanding of information architecture and technical SEO
  • Strong ability to manage multiple parallel projects and stakeholder expectations
  • Self-organized and motivated with high attention to detail
  • Fluent in Swedish & English
  • Preferred: knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Preferred: post-secondary education in IT, web design/development, or marketing
